Custom Songs… Finally!

É assim que o melhor hack de Guitar Hero II pra PS2 te recebe. Sim, ele é fantástico: bem feito, sincronizado, substitui todos os nomes de bandas/músicas, tem bom humor, cozinha e te dá uma viagem pra terra dos Power Rangers.

O setlist mostra que ele contempla músicas recém-lançadas (Modest Mouse – Dashboard! – a exclamação foi por minha conta) músicas jamais conseguidas pela Red Octane (é, aquela mesma… “Remember: No Stairway!”), as dez exclusivas pra versão 360 (Pearl Jam, Rancid, Rick Derringer, Toadies e por aí vai) .

Algumas surpresas são muito bem-vindas, como o cover de Smooth Criminal, muito bem-feito por Alien Ant Farm e The Darkness – I Believe In A Thing Called Love. Outras surpresas são… bem, surpresas: Mighty Morphin’ você-sabe-o-quê, Inspector Gadget (é o Bugiganga!) e Darude – Sandstorm (DDR x Celso Portioli).

O hack tem 1GB e você pode baixar via BitTorrent ou Rapidshare. Foram removidos os filmes extras e modo “Training”. A maioria das músicas tem uma única dificuldade. O modo cooperativo também não é mais o mesmo. Uma escassez de Star Power Phrases e a capacidade de utilizar as informações do GH2 presente no seu Memory Card (cuidado, ele sobrescreve) completam o pacote. De graça, levando em conta o trabalho que deve ter dado, o hack é simplesmente fenomenal.
